Client information and input is essential throughout the life of a project. At each stage of the project Loaded Image collaborates with the client to ensure the project meets all directives. Each client is also provided with 'transparent billing'; all 3rd party vendors and suppliers (ie. photographers and printers) invoicing will be passed on to the client for their confirmation.
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client. If less time / resources / materials is/are required, costs may decrease; if more time / resources / materials is/are required, costs may increase. However, the Client are kept appraised of any changes exceeding 10%. All provided estimates are guaranteed for 30 days.
All reimbursable and out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including file preparation, service bureau output, or production of mechanicals are billed separately.
